Save the dates help to set the tone for your special day and are the first point of contact you have with your guests, with our bespoke package you have the opportunity to create something truly unique when it comes to your wedding stationery.
Invitations

On the Day Stationery
Keep your paper goods consistent right through to the big day with our range of bespoke on the day stationery. From table plans to name cards, menus to orders of service we can ensure all of those important, personal touches are taken care of.
Our Luxury Print Processes
Letterpress Printing
Letterpress printing creates an extremely high-end, luxury product. The process involves hand mixing ink and then printing your design, by hand, on our beautiful antique letterpress machines. This really is a labour of love - which is exactly why we love it so much!
Hot Foil Printing
Looking to add the real wow factor to your wedding stationery? Adding metallic foil to your stationery creates a shiny, lustrous finish that has big visual impact - again hot foiling is a process which is completed by hand here at our studio.
Our Process
Our aim at Rose Press is to create beautiful, bespoke stationery which perfectly compliments your special day. We’ll work together to bring your ideas to life and onto paper through our personalised one to one service. Starting from the initial consultation we guide you through the whole process from beginning to end so no stage is too overwhelming!
01 | Get in touch
If you’re interested in working with us the first step is filling in an online enquiry form on our website. Let us know as much detail as possible about your wedding and your thoughts about your stationery requirements. We love to see your initial ideas as they really help to inspire the direction of your design.
02 | Come and meet us
We’d love to meet you at the studio to discuss your ideas in more detail over a coffee. This will help us to better understand what you are looking for and create a concept. You will also be able to look through samples for further inspiration. However, if a face to face meeting isn’t possible, we can always arrange a phone call or Skype about your ideas.
03 | Pricing and timelines
Based on our initial consultation we will then get to work on putting together a proposal which will contain a quote as well as an outline on the timescales for completion. As all of our work is bespoke and handcrafted we usually suggest that the process will take between weeks from beginning to end.
04 | The design process
Then it’s time for us to start working our magic! Taken from the ideas discussed in our initial consultation, we will get to work on designing your dream wedding stationery. We will provide you with proofs which we then welcome your feedback on. We will continue to work on your design until you are 100% happy with it.
05 | The printing process
Once the final design has been approved it’s time to get printing! The bespoke plates are ordered and once they have arrived, it’s over to Gareth in The Print Room!
Every piece of stationery is printed in-house with the love and attention it deserves. At Rose Press we pride ourselves on those beautiful finishing touches which really make your stationery stand out from the crowd, from the personalised wax seals to tying the final bows. 06 | The next step
Once your guests have received their beautiful bespoke invitations, you may want to continue the theme with bespoke on-the-day stationery. We also design and print all on-the-day stationery from table plans to name cards, menus to orders of service. And don't forget those all important Thank you cards!
